Join me on the farm where we will be making farm fresh cold process soap using traditional lard. Just like the good old days when your grandma's grandma made soap. Using lye and lard (along with a few other oils) you will make the most moisturizing, luxuries bars of soap.
*Class size is limited to 6 people. You must be 18 years or older to take this class. We will be working with LYE.
Do you want to learn how to formulate a soap recipe specifically for your face? This class we will dive into the ingredients and characteristics of a face soap.
We will be making a cold process soap made with palm oil, coconut oil, and neem oil. This soap will have a low cosmogenic number. Meaning your soap is less clogging to the pores and great to clear up all the extra oils on your face.
Each student will go home with 8 bars of face soap to cure at home. You will learn the entire process of making cold process soap. I will take all the scary out of working with lye and you will leave with the knowledge and confidence to make soap in your own kitchen.

If you have never made soap before this is a great class to start in! We will coconut oil, olive oil, and lye. No scent or colors. See how easy it is to make soap as you get all the basic skills down.

Warmer weather is right around the corner! And that means it is a great time to learn how to make your own natural deodorant. This recipe contains no baking soda and is the same recipe we sell in our store. Each student will make get the recipe and skills to make more deodorant in your very own kitchen. We will make about 10 oz of deodorant in class for you take home.
Join me on the farm to learn how to make goat milk lip balm. Everyone will get a tried-and-true lip balm recipe, and we will make 5 lip balms together.
Farm Store Experience
Join us on the farm for the holiday season. Meet the goats of Barking Goat Farm and shop till you drop for all our holiday skin care products that the goats helped to make. We will be open every Friday 10am to Noon and Saturday 10 am to 2 pm from November 29 until December 21. See you on the farm!

Farm Party!
Join us on the farm as we celebrate the summer with lots of baby goats that you can get up close and personal with. We will have crackers for you to feed the goat and lots of goat snuggles.
We will be severing up hot dogs for all our farm friends (until they run out).
At Noon we will be milking a goat. So, you can scratch that off your bucket list. Everyone can try their hand at milking a goat.
The farm store will be open and you can grab all your favorite goat milk skin care products.
